This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information that YOLL gathers, the reasons for collecting and sharing it, and the rights you hold regarding your data.

By initiating the use of YOLL’s services, you agree to the terms laid out in this Privacy Policy, including the various circumstances in which your information may be processed. If you disagree with any part of this Policy, you are advised not to use YOLL’s services.

1. Information We Gather

YOLL gathers several categories of information:

1.1. User-Submitted Information: This includes data that users (such as drivers and delivery personnel associated with YOLL’s partners) provide when engaging with our services and applications, as well as when they reach out to our customer support team.

1.2. Automatically Collected Information: Information that is automatically generated through the use of YOLL’s services and applications. This includes data from the user’s device, such as location details, device settings, IP address, cookies, transaction records, and both statistical and behavioral data.

1.3. Communication Details: This includes information about calls and text messages made through the YOLL application, covering details like the date and time of communications and, where applicable, the content of text messages.

This feature allows users and YOLL’s delivery partners or recipients to communicate directly without sharing personal phone numbers.

YOLL may also use this data for customer support, to resolve disputes between users, and for security and analytics purposes.

1.4. Data from External Sources: This includes feedback from other users (like ratings, complaints, and compliments), information provided by YOLL’s business partners who facilitate your access to YOLL services, as well as data from insurers, financial institutions, and marketing providers. It may also include information from partner transportation firms (if a driver uses YOLL’s services through an account tied to such a company), as well as public information sources. 2. Purposes for Data Use

2.1. Service Fulfillment: YOLL uses your information to fulfill its contractual obligations to you and to enable service functionalities, which include:

• Enabling features to personalize your YOLL account, such as bookmarks for favorite locations;

• Conducting internal operations, including troubleshooting software, testing, data analysis, monitoring trends, and improving services;

• Collecting data from drivers to monitor driving behaviors, including harsh braking and acceleration;

2.2. Research and Development: Anonymized, statistical, and aggregated data is utilized for testing, research, analysis, and development of new products.

2.3. Data Sharing: To facilitate the above services, YOLL may need to share specific data (including across borders) with other users, YOLL partners, and third-party affiliates.

For instance, YOLL partner driver information is sometimes made accessible to users for transportation services. Similarly, YOLL user data may be partially shared with YOLL partners or drivers.

2.4. Consent for Data Processing: By using YOLL’s services, you consent to YOLL processing your data as outlined in this Policy, which may involve cross-border data sharing and automated or manual data processing methods.

4.3. Any messages you send to us via public forums, YOLL blogs, social media, or other network features may be accessible to the public.

4.4. YOLL may also be required by law to disclose user information to third parties.

5. Information Retention and Deletion

5.1. YOLL retains your data as long as your account is active. Upon your request to delete your information or account, YOLL will either erase or anonymize your data. If the service or application does not include a built-in option for deletion, you may contact customer support to request removal. Certain data may still be retained in anonymized or aggregated forms if required by law, even after account deletion.

5.2. You have access to your information through your YOLL account and can manage details such as your name, phone number, email, and privacy settings as you wish.

5.3. YOLL applications may prompt users (based on their device’s operating system) to permit access to certain data. By using the app, you consent to these permissions.

5.4. You can choose to opt out of receiving marketing emails or other messages from YOLL by following the directions in these communications.

However, opting out of marketing communications does not apply to non-promotional messages, such as receipts or notifications related to your account.

5.5. YOLL uses organizational, legal, and technical safeguards to protect your personal information.
